Accounts

Section 24 of the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Act 2013, amends the 2003 Act to place a number of new duties on DSFBs relating to openness and accountability. The new section 46A requires that the annual report and statement of accounts (s44(1)(a) of the 2003 Act) must be published and a copy sent to Scottish Ministers.
