Vacancy for River Administration Clerk

We are looking for a River Administration Clerk to join our friendly team based in Dinnet, Near Aboyne, Aberdeenshire.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone who is conscientious, has strong attention to detail, is keen to learn and develop in the role, and has good experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

About the role

The River Administration Clerk will support the Fishery Board’s regulatory duties, financial reporting, and day-to-day administration.

Key responsibilities include general office administration, record keeping, database updates, preparing invoices, entering information into Sage, taking minutes, responding to enquiries by phone and email, organising meetings, and providing wider office support to colleagues.

Formal qualifications are not essential as training will be given to complete the required duties successfully and in a timely manner.
